Sunny Monday

Good morning everyone. I'm back after having a tremendous cruise. We started the cruise the day before at the Fairfield Inn in Romulus, Michigan near the airport.

There was a group of us from Canada.
I woke up a 3:30 am, early for me but had because we had to take the shuttle to the airport. After placing our luggage in the airport and finally getting into tram taking us to the spot where our plane will be.

Once in the plane the were off to Fort Lauderdale.

After picking up our luggage, we took a taxi to the pier where the Celebrity Reflection was waiting for us.

One man noticed that I was limping and had a cane. He asked if I wanted a wheel chair and I said yes and he took us quickly through the throngs of people and we were able to get on the ship fast.

Since we couldn't go to our cabins yet, we went to Ocean View Cafe and had something to eat since we hadn't had anything to eat since last night.

Finally at 1:00pm, they told us that our cabins were ready for us.

At around 3:30pm we were called to our Muster station that tells us what to do in if the ship has any trouble. Once completed the ship the captain informed the people to take off the ropes that were holding the ship to the pier. After that we began to leave the pier. Our cruise has begun.

6:00pm came and it was time for our first dinner on the Reflection's Main Restaurant.

After sitting down I noticed that there was name plate for the people that would assist at dinner time.

Katarina saw us only once because she only gave the people who wanted wine and we don't drink.

Here are the two people that were the greatest people during our cruise.

Our Waiter, Basil and his assistant Lubova. They both were fantastic.

After dinner we would usually go and watch the show but remember, we were up early in the morning, 3:30am and we were very exhausted so we went to sleep waiting for the next day.

See you tomorrow.

    1. Sandee, you are totally right when you mentioned the fact that the workers work hard and the fact that they are always smiling and happy. I gave Dama, Basil and Lubova an extra tip for their effort. They were amazing.
