Important Tuesday

My new blogging friend, Annie of " A Nice Place In The Sun " has been doing her " Tuesday Question" for a very long time. My blogging friend Sandee of " Comedy Plus " posed a question on her blog last week and I answered it on Annie's blog and I was lucky enough to have been chosen to place my question on my blog today for you to answer.

Cruisin Paul's Question
I was arranging our 11th cruise for 2017 and it appeared that 3 out of the 4 ports that we had been there many times before. My wife Mary Lou asked me a question. " Why do we always go on a cruise to the same ports since we had been there before "?

My question to you is, does it really matter regarding the ports after cruising most of them OR is just the fact of cruising the blue waters of the Caribbean on a cruising ship? I know what my answer would be.

  1. There's a lot to be said for going to the same place many times. You develop a rhythm, likes and dislikes, traditions. You find places the locals go and start going there. You have time to dig deeper into the place.

There's plenty of good about new places, too. A mix of some old and some new has the best of both worlds to me.

  2. I don't think it matters at all. When you go from the cold and the snow of Canada into the tropics you are more interested in the warm and the beauty. I don't think it makes a bit of difference. You're warm and doing what you love...cruising.

    Great question Paul.

    Have a fabulous day. ☺

  3. I wish I could put both Messy's and Sandee's answers together...-Smile- I don't think it matters if you're entering the same places and I think I would be more interested in the beauty surrounding me. Plus, like Messy wrote, you always find something new when you return to places you've been before. Besides, I would be over the moon just "cruising the blue waters of the Caribbean on a cruising ship." Excellent Question, Paul. And fabulous answers, Messy and Sandee.

Wishing all of you a super great day!

P.S: Paul and Sandee, I have a new congrats Brag Tag on ANPITS. in case you might like to have it. And thanks again to both of you.

  4. I've never been on a cruise but I know how this question would be settled in my marry. On one cruise the choice would be mine and on the next cruise the choice would be my husband's and we'd keep that alternating choices going in the future.
