The Day Before Valentine.

Good morning everyone. There are two things that I would like to discuss with you this morning. The first is an unhappy one. Our friend Peg & her husband Rick have lost their lovely dog, Izzy. When I lost my Bruno years ago I cried for a long time and even now I still remember him so my friends, it hurts . To Peg & Rick, here's my condolence.

The other thing was, I'd mentioned the last blog about suddenly knowing about new member of my family. This is so exciting. This man, Francesco Antonio DiNunzio has been living in my town for years, he's a relative on mother's side, my grandmother side. Francesco and I have been talking and I'm so excited to meet him soon. I asked him if I could take a photo of him and he said yes. Here's a photo of him & his wife.

I'm surprised that my parents, & grandparents did say anything about Francesco but I know him now. Him & I will soon meet.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. I hope that all of you around have something for your loved ones. I have my card already done for tomorrow.

I've been married with Mary Lou for 47 years and I know that I've probably annoyed her many times but  my love is there everyday.

Did you hear about the guy selling hearts on the black market?

Yeah.... he ended up getting cardiac arrested.

                               ------------------

A famous heart specialist doctor died and everyone was gathered at his funeral. A regular coffin was displayed in front of a huge heart. When the minister finished with the sermon and after everyone said their good-byes, the heart was opened, the coffin rolled inside, and the heart closed.

Just at that moment one of the mourners started laughing. The guy next to him asked: "Why are you laughing?"

"I was thinking about my own funeral" the man replied.

"What's so funny about that?"

"I'm a gynecologist."

                     ----------------------------

A woman was standing in a crowded elevator of the hotel she was staying in. When a man got in and accidently elbowed her in her breast,

The man said, " I'm sorry! But if your heart is a soft as your tit, you'll forgive me. "

So the woman replies, " If your dick is a hard as your elbow, Then I'm staying in your room, 113.

  2. Aw, Paul thank you. It's far harder than I ever thought it would be. (btw, Rick's last lab was named Bruno too!)

I think that is so cool to have met a new relative. I can't wait to hear more stories. As for V-Day. We don't do a lot or make a fuss about that holiday. I told Rick my favorite holiday was my birthday and its coming up. 😊 I'm old now but I still like my birthday. Happy Sunday! Happy Valentine's day tomorrow.

    1. It will soon be a little easier but you'll never forget about Izzy. Like I said I still remember Bruno and it's been over 55 years. What are your plans for Izzy?
