Happy Thanksgiving U.S.

Tis the season for counting our blessings and giving thanks for the many people and experiences that enrich our lives. We hope that people from all backgrounds  will find something to be thankful for this holiday season.

It is my hope that my American friends have a safe and happy Thanksgiving and save me some pumpkin pie.

  5. Beautiful post, Paul, and kind wishes for our friends in the U.S. The photo of the turkey brings back so many wonderful memories for me! My parents didn't always have the money to purchase a turkey, and there were just the 3 of us, so a turkey would be too big anyway. Sometimes my mother would roast a chicken and make her own stuffing and cranberry sauce, turnips and carrots and potatoes! Other times she would have ham, and whenever possible, lamb! Take care of yourself, my cherished friend.
