Mr. Cruiser's Notes: It's A Going To Rain Sunday

Hi there friends. It's me again. I've been really serious about my weight since I gained some of it and I got the scale this morning and did I smile. That beautiful machine said that I lost 3.3 lbs. I;m very serious about this and I will win. Mary Lou just took AmyLynn to work at Tim Horton's and she's going to stop off and do some grocery shopping especially to get some coffee for me. My friends Gerry did come over on Friday and we had a coffe with the surprise cake that I baked. He liked it he said. Gerry wouldn't lie. Emily was over yesterday I gave her a piece and she likes the cake but not the chocolate. What kid doesn't like chocolate? Wow. What a cute kid she is. Today, well it's watching golf for me.

May you have wonderful success on your journey to banish the weight from the kingdom of your body! (To me, saying "lose weight" implies wanting to find it again, so i prefer to say i banish it!)
