Way To Go Saturday

Good morning every one. It's another beautiful day around Amherstburg. Yesterday was a fantastic day golfing. I had some good and bad holes and I was able to get at least one par. Most of the holes were double bogeys. That's pretty good since it was only my second time out on the course this year. The police was back over at my neighor's home. This was the neighbor who broken into last Tueday. There's a group of crooks going around casing the homes and then breaking into the homes. We are being dilegent around our homes. It was weird because a day after the break in, Amherstburg's newspaper had an article stating that Amherstburg was the safest city in Canada. Oops!

Donuts, Anyone?
A little old lady sits at the cafe counter and orders a hamburger. A huge guy behind the counter bellows, "One burger!"

Whereupon the chef grabs a huge hunk of chopped meat, stuffs it in his bare armpit, pumps his arm a few times to squeeze it flat, and then tosses it on the grill.

"That's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen," the old lady says.

"Yeah?" says the counterman. "You should be here in the morning when he makes the doughnuts."

A law firm receptionist answered the phone the morning after the firm's
senior chef had passed away unexpectedly.
"Is Mr. Smith there?" asked the client on the phone.
"I am very sorry, but Mr. Smith passed away last night," the receptionist
answered.
"Is Mr. Smith there?" repeated the client.
The receptionist was perplexed, "Perhaps you did not understand me. I am
afraid Mr. Smith passed away last night."
"Is Mr. Smith there?" asked the client again.
"Madam, do you understand what I am saying?" said the exasperated
receptionist, "Mr. Smith is dead."
"I understand you perfectly," the client sighed, "I just cannot hear it
often enough."

  2. I'm so happy you had a great day on the course. I thought of you yesterday.

Sorry you're got crooks working your neighborhood. Break-ins are a common occurrence here. Crime is very high in the central valley of California. It's awful. So many living on the dole here. Won't work and think what you have is meant for them.

    Loved all the jokes.

On Tuesday I have a post called The Story Game. You and Mary Lou are featured, so make sure you visit and keep the story going.

Have a fabulous day my friend. ☺
