Very Hot, Sweating Sunday

Good morning friends. Wouldn't you know it? Saturday & Sunday are going to be the hottest days this year, ( 91 and 90 degrees ) and yesterday my AC went out. I was able to call my friend who fixes my machines sent his son who I taught years to check it out. Thank God it wasn't a bad problem. He had no problem finding the problem and today it's cool today. I just need to change a couple things with the machine when he comes back next week.
Later in the day we are going to visit Al & Meilin. Yesterday Al & I went have coffee at McDonald's.

A woman is in bed with her lover who also happens to be her husband's best friend. They make love for hours, and afterwards, while they're just laying there, the phone rings.
Since it is the woman's house, she picks up the receiver. Her lover looks over at her and listens, only hearing her side of the conversation...
(She is speaking in a cheery voice)
"Hello? Oh, hi. I'm so glad that you called. Really? That's wonderful. I am so happy for you. That sounds terrific. Great! Thanks. Okay. Bye bye." She hangs up the telephone and her lover asks, "Who was that?"
"Oh" she replies, "that was my husband telling me all about the wonderful time he's having on his fishing trip with you."

Attending a wedding for the first time, a little girl whispered to her mother, "Why is the bride dressed in white?"
"Because white is the color of happiness, and today is the happiest day of her life."
The child thought about this for a moment, then said, "So why is the groom wearing black?"

Long Shot
Standing on the tee of a relatively long par three, a confident golfer said to his caddy, “Looks like a four-wood and a putt to me.”

The caddy argued with him a bit and suggested that he instead play it safe and hit a 4-iron then a wedge.

The golfer was insulted and proceeded to berate the caddy on the tee telling him that he was a better golfer than that and how dare he under estimate his game.

So, giving in the caddy handed the gentleman the four-wood he had asked for.

He proceeded to top the ball and watched as it fouled about fifteen yards off the front of the tee.

Immediately the caddy handed him his putter and said, “And now for one hell of a putt…”

Maybe I'll go with my wife when she goes grocery shopping. No, I better not because she says when we go shopping, I end up buying a lot more then that's needed. The only thing is when we go shopping, I see things that I  want. Oops, that's the problem wants & needs. I guess I'll let her go by herself.
Have a warm Sunday everyone.

                                                                            SEE YA.

  3. Sorry it's so hot. That's on the cooler side here. I'm so sorry your air conditioner decided it need attention. They do that and only when it's hot.
